Our lambs are grass-fed utilizing rotational grazing on fresh lush pasture every day - raised and finished with minimal supplemental grain. As a result, our animals yield great tasting and highly nutritious meat. The taste of a grass-fed Dorper lamb is truly unparalleled.
Research shows that eating grass-fed lamb is a healthy choice for your family because it is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta carotene. Our grass-fed lamb is rich conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which is 3-5 times higher than products from animals fed grain based diets.
Our lamb is processed at a USDA inspected facility in Taylorsville, North Carolina. The lamb is cut to your specifications (see cut sheet options and diagram), vacuum wrapped and frozen until the time of delivery/pickup. Price per pound is based on the HANGING WEIGHT which averages 40-50 pounds per whole lamb and 20-25 pounds per half lamb.

A deposit of $75 for half and $100 for whole is required prior to the lamb being taken for processing with the remaining balance due at the time of delivery/pickup.
Our next batch of lambs will be ready for processing in late 2012. Deposits will be due in November 2012. Please contact us if you would like to be placed on our notification list for this processing.
Whole or half $7.00 / pound
